LoveMeU recommends that the ritual be experienced with intention. Dividing the treatment into 3 baths creates a more special experience: you can perform it for 3 consecutive days, once a week, or during important moments in your life. Each bath represents a new beginning.

How to use

Step 1: Heat approximately 1.5 to 2 litres of water.
Step 2: Place the contents of one package in the hot water.
Step 3: Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4: Strain the mixture, if desired.
Step 5: After your usual bath, turn off all distractions and set aside a few minutes just for yourself.
Step 6: Slowly pour the infusion from your neck downwards. As you perform the ritual, focus on your goals, dreams, and intentions. You can say 3 Our Fathers during each of the 3 baths.
Step 7: Let your body air dry whenever possible.
Step 8: Keep the Tiger's Eye stone with you or nearby (pocket, wallet, car...).
