How to use

1. Heat approximately 1.5 to 2 litres of water, without boiling.
2. Pour the contents of one sachet into the hot water.
3. Infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Strain the preparation, if desired.
5. First, take your usual shower.
6. Then, slowly pour the infusion from the neck downwards.
7. Breathe deeply and focus on your intentions.
8. Whenever possible, let your skin air dry naturally, without rinsing.
