You can use them:

How to use

1. Heat between 1.5 and 2 litres of water, without letting it boil.
2. Add the contents of one sachet to the water.
3. Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Strain the herbs (optional).
5. First, take your usual bath.
6. At the end, slowly pour the infusion from your neck downwards. And pray 3 Our Fathers.
7. Close your eyes for a few moments.
8. Breathe deeply.
9. Whenever possible, let it air dry naturally, without rinsing. Gently pat your skin dry without rubbing with a white towel.
