How to use

Bath immersion
1. Fill the bathtub with warm water.
2. Open one sachet.
3. You can place the contents directly in the water or inside a reusable cotton bag to easily remove the herbs.
4. Get into the water and stay for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Use this time to relax and breathe calmly.

Shower bath
After your usual shower:
1. Place the contents of the sachet in a bowl with about 1.5 to 2 litres of hot water.
2. Wait 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Strain the infusion, if desired.
4. At the end of your shower, slowly pour the water from your neck downwards.
5. Let it air dry whenever possible.
